Ancient red door of the estate

The estate

The winery

The property sits at an altitude between 400 and 500 mt. above sea level, on an area of 21 hectares, of which 4 are currently yielding vineyards. The surrounding forest provide shielding to the vines and assure a high degree of biodiversity. Breezes are constantly caressing our fields throughout the seasons, across lots of vines that enjoy different aspects, sun exposures and soil composition.

This diversity allows for consistency and character in our wines, even when climate does not fully cooperate! When approaching harvest time, generally due late in September or early in October, our grapes are kept crisp by a substantial diurnal range in temperatures, with the cooler September nights providing the perfect conditions for a gradual ripening and a balanced flavour development.
