A grappa made from fresh Sangiovese pomace from the Chianti Classico area, distilled using the steam method in small copper stills. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Very pale in colour, it offers aromas of blossoms, wild and medicinal herbs, hay, bay leaf, and subtle sweet and citrus notes. On the palate, it is smooth with lingering spicy notes.
