What are the check-in and check-out times at CorteDomina?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out (or check-in) possible?
Yes, both early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on room availability.
A supplement may apply for very late check-in. For any assistance please let us know when booking your stay or as soon as possible.
Do you offer airport or train station transfers?
We do not offer a direct transfer service, but we can help you arrange taxis or private drivers. For maximum freedom in the Chianti area, we strongly recommend renting a car.
Are pets allowed at CorteDomina?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property, except for service dogs, for which no extra charge applies.
Are the rooms air-conditioned and do they have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Do you have connecting rooms or rooms accessible for guests with disabilities?
We have some adjacent rooms that can be booked together as connecting rooms (subject to availability). Unfortunately, being a historic villa, the property is not fully accessible for guests with significant mobility impairments. Please contact us in order to arrange for the best solution.
Do you charge extra for children or additional beds?
Extra beds and children up to a certain age may be accommodated at an additional cost. Please specify the number and age of children when making your reservation so we can offer the best solution and quote.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or common indoor areas. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
